I haven’t tended to blog about protest PR wins on the PR Hall of Fame so far – mainly because most protests tread a pretty similar pattern (people with placards, looking a little miffed).  Not so this weekend – two protests have caught my eye, both of which have made their weays across the papers.

The first was a huge ‘No’ spelt out by protesters coming together against the proposed third runway at Heathrow. The sign could apparently be seen by passing aircraft – a nice touch.

The second was a great Facebook party Flashmob for the last night of being able to drink on the tube. More than 2,000 people turned up at Liverpool St., many wearing suits and cocktail dresses for the occassion. Here’s my mate Gerald’s video diary of this one…
